Good Lamar Hunting

Good ole Lamar Hunt turns 74 today, and we here at No Mas wish him good tidings. Motherfucker has been a busy man. Check this out:

-Founded the KC Chiefs (originally the Dallas Texans).

-Helped found the AFL, efforts for which he is now eternally commemorated with the Lamar Hunt Trophy, presented each year to the AFC champions.

-One of the original investors in the Chicago Bulls.

-Co-founded World Championship Tennis.

-One of the original owners of the NASL.

-One of the founding investors in Major League Soccer and owner of three teams - the K.C. Wizards, the Columbus Crew and FC Dallas.

And as if all that shit wasn't enough, he is probably best known to the world at large (and to Large) for coining the term "Super Bowl" to describe the AFL-NFL championship game. Ain't that some shit. We tip our caps to you Lamar. For an ultra-rich super-honkey who bears a strinking resemblance to Donald Rumsfeld (and who, let's face it, probably has the Rum on speed-dial), you've done more than your share of quality shizzle.
