Whoa Nelly, fire up the hot stove!!! I got a question Large, isn't it a problem when the offseason in baseball is more exciting then the postseason (or the season for that matter?) i think it's because more teams are in the hunt now that at the end of the year. everybody thinks they are a barry zito away from a championship. then, in october, there is no possible way any team other than a handful can win. think of it like the bar scene... every guy at the beginning of the night thinks he's a puddle of hair gel away from getting the hot chick at the bar. but at closing time, all the interest in her is gone, because the possibilities have decreased. didn't john nash have a theory on this?
