Back in the Summer of '53, David N. Mullany and his 12-year old son cranked out the first WIFFLE ball at his kitchen table in Fairfield, CT. The idea, they hoped, was to save his young son's elbow from the rigors of throwing a curve. Suffice it to say: It worked. And, in the process, the WIFFLE ball became one of America's great icons. Today the game is played by millions; from formative swings with the yellow bat at the white ball to ferocious hacks at nasty curves in competitive leagues. Over a half century since it was born, WIFFLE is still 100% family-owned, 100% Made-In-The USA, and 100% faithful to the ultimate backyard dream come true.
