Clothing 
No Mas accepts returns of merchandise within two weeks of purchase for exchange or store credit only. To qualify, you must:

• Return the item in its original package with a copy of the original receipt
• Include a detailed note explaining what you want us to do with the merchandise (exchange for a different size/item or issue a store credit)
• Ship the merchandise back using an insured trackable method such as FedEx, UPS or Priority Mail
• Clearly state the description of your exchange in the package

Prints and Originals and Customs
We do not accept returns or exchanges on prints, originals, or custom pieces unless they are damaged in shipping.

Please Note

• You will be charged for return shipping on exchanges. We encourage everyone to include pre-paid return postage whenever the option is available. If not we will contact you to cover the cost of the re-ship. 
• We reserve the right to refuse returned merchandise if it is lacking sufficient information or if it appears to have been worn or used.

Damaged Goods
If it was our rock (a.k.a. you were shipped an item in error or you received a damaged item) please hit us at returns@nomas-nyc.com and explain the situation as soon as possible. Make sure to include your name, telephone number and address. We will contact you and issue a call tag to pick up the merchandise at our expense.

PRIVACY POLICY

Personal Information
Here at Former Champion LLC ("No Mas"), any information we collect is for internal use only, and, honestly, at the pace we're moving right now, that basically means we ain't doing a whole lot with it. At some point in the near future, we will start sending out a product newsletter and begin mailing weekly feature articles. All these communications will come equipped with an opt-out feature so you can be spared from our brilliance if you have poor taste. Beyond that, we promise not to sell your personal information to anyone else even though we have to admit are a little curious what we could get for it.

Credit Card Information
Through our store host Yahoo we use 128 bit SSL encryption to protect your credit card information. Word on the street (Nerd Ave.) is that's top of the line protection.
